If Chrysler can't get this shit straightened out, fuck 'em. Let them fail. Let them go bankrupt. Let their factories burn, their dealership network collapse, and their employees crawl starving and naked through the burning sands.
A guy has $24,000 in his hand and is ready to buy.
He has been told that this is the price of what he is looking for.
He is right there, ready for the sale.
You don't tell him to jump through hoops, salesfuck.
You do not make him sign a large number of forms with small writing to get all of the incentives.
You do not waste his time with bullshit.
You do not fuck around with the numbers.
What you do is:
- Get off your chair.
- Get on your knees.
- Put your hands together.
- And thank God.
And then make the sale, you worthless excuse of a salesfuck.

I had a similar experience last month trying to buy a Ford Flex.
My second choice was a VW, and in less than an hour I was driving a new Passat off the lot and the dealership really hustled for the sale.
Ford saved me $6k.

I didn't have issues when I bought my Chrysler. Then again, I bought from a small town dealership. They tend to not be assholes.
