Send them packing...

Now that the Venezuelan spy mission is being sent packing, it looks like the Spanish delegation wants to get booted out of Israel as well:

A Spanish judge is opening a probe of seven current or former Israeli officials over a 2002 bombing in Gaza that killed a Hamas terrorist and 14 other people, including nine children.

The people named in the suit include Dan Halutz, who commanded Israel's air force at the time, and Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, then defense minister and now national infrastructure minister.

Judge Fernando Andreu says the attack by Israel against Salah Shehadeh in a densely populated civilian area might constitute a crime against humanity.

The judge is acting under a doctrine that allows prosecution in Spain of such an offense or crimes like terrorism or genocide even if they are alleged to have been committed in another country.

Andreu announced the probe in a writ issued Thursday.

This, coming from a country that suffered a massive terror attack in its own capitol and is occupying sovereign Moroccan lands that is has absolutely no historical right to in colonial fashion, regularly using disproportional and deadly force to kill trespassers.

If hypocrisy were lethal, Ceuta and Melilla would be cemeteries.

Livni should tell these greasy worms: "Donde esta go the fuck home."

Even better:

Responding to a Spanish court's decision to investigate Israeli officials over the assassination of a senior Hamas terrorist, MK Arye Eldad (National Union) on Thursday asked Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz to prosecute former Spanish officials over the 1999 NATO bombing of Belgrade.

Eldad said that the former prime minister, defense minister and chief of staff should stand trial for hundreds of civilians killed in the Serbian capital.

"Israel should put them on trial if the Spanish government does not instruct the court to cancel the charges forthwith," Eldad said.

And not a word about the terror attacks that Shehadeh was behind, or the fact that he groomed the children of his own people to become suicide bombers? How odd.
