Talk about Outsourcing..did you know that some fast-food chains actually use call-centers for their drive-thru service? The person you talk to may well be at a call-center somewhere in the World...then your order is transmitted back via computer. Saves time allowing employee's to fill orders rather than man the speaker....so they say.
