Criminal Enterprise

Anybody else think these guys need to be shackled into a chain gang and led off to a multiyear retreat in a federal prison?

Less than a week after the federal government had to bail out American International Group Inc. (AIG), the company sent executives on a $440,000 retreat to a posh California resort, lawmakers investigating the company's meltdown said Tuesday.

The tab included $23,380 worth of spa treatments for AIG employees at the coastal St. Regis resort south of Los Angeles even as the company tapped into an $85 billion loan from the government it needed to stave off bankruptcy.

Yeah, late night pizza around the boardroom table just doesn't cut it for getting work done, right?

When it's time to round these folks up and ship them off in chains, send their lobbyists along with them, eh.

Oh, and the Congresspeople they bribed/gave campaign contributions to.

Especially Barney "Bad Credit Is Just As Bad As Racism" Frank. Give him hard time for this and put him in a wing of inmates where he won't get his ass pounded.

Pffft... know what? Just wall of DC, post guards, cut off the supply of cappuccino and cocaine, and call it a prison.

(If the Nationals hit a ball over the wall, we'll toss it back... as if they ever could manage that.)
