So, let me see if I get this straight...

• Obama is quoted as saying that he'll teach his daughter about morals and values so they don't get punished with a baby or an STD.

• Andrew Sullivan goes nuts.

• Palin has her fifth kid and it has Down's Syndrome, which is more common among older mothers.

• Andrew Sullivan wakes up, has a cup of tea, smiles, and goes nuts.

• One of Daily Kos' gang of crazies claims that Palin's youngest baby was really her teenaged kid's and she was covering it up.

• Andrew Sullivan looks in the mirror, finds some stubble, shaves his head, and goes nuts.

• The teenaged kid turns up 5 months pregnant.

• Andrew Sullivan has a lovely stroll in the evening, takes his pills, gets into his jammies, says his prayers, and goes nuts.

• Family says she'll keep her baby, get married, and requests privacy/respect from the media.

• Andrew Sullivan doesn't bother with the daily routine and just fucking goes nuts.

• Media doesn't connect the Obama and Palin positions on family.

You know, if Obama really wanted to scare his daughters into keeping chaste until marriage, he'd threaten them with hiring Andrew Sullivan as a babysitter.

Now that would be a punishment... and nuts.
