Clinton, Obama, and McCain - three senators.
I know that both Clinton and Obama said in their campaign runs for Senate that they were intending on serving out their full terms when asked about presidential aspirations, but we all knew then that they were full of shit.
Did McCain make that empty promise too?

Let's not forget that both Bill Clinton and Bush II made the same promise, and promptly broke it.
Every politician I've ever seen make that promise has broken it.
