If you're not sure what all the terms flying around like missiles in the Israeli-Hezbollah Conflict mean, well, Bacon Eating Atheist Jew lays them all out and gives simple definitions.
Here's two I just thought of:
Journalist: Anyone in the media who uses their access to the viewing, listening, or reading public to disseminate a pro-Arabic view.
Propagandist: Anyone in the media who uses their access to the viewing, listening, or reading public to disseminate anything which distracts from pro-Arabic views.

Totten had been in Iraq, in the Kurdish area (for a client). When he flew into Ben Gurion. He was hoping he could make it into Lebanon. To report directly from there. But the Beirut airport has been shot to hell. And, in Israel, he never left the airport. He is burning angry at this. Because the Israelis spent (according to a post he made on his blog), five hours questioning him. And, finally deciding he could not enter Israel. He calls the Israelis who do airport security work "INCOMPETENT."
So, Totten has an axe to grind.
I also think he's wrong to suggest that the Shi'as are going to have any power left with which they'll be able to intimidate anybody in Lebanon. They're getting beaten, now, very badly.
And, the middle-class, which really is the nuts and bolts of any country, isn't going to take lightly to all that's gone up in smoke.
Israel, right now, doesn't give a rat's patootie if people "hate them." All the citizens are quite famliar with anti-Semitism. And, it's no better just because people act nice when they hate Jews, anyway.
If there had been a useless "roadmap," before, there are a few changes ahead. Israel is not going to lay down and be a doormat for anyone. Or a photo op for pants droppers like Clinton.
They're also winning.
And, a lot of the PR efforts not just the hezbollah, but all the arabs have been using, has gone up in smoke. Pretty much on the same trajectory as Dan Rather's career.
That Glenn Reynolds left his blog to Totten, Althouse, and two others? Who cares? Totten's gonna wake up. If he thought he was gonna swing a big dick. And, "explain" to Israelis their miscreant ways, I think his writing won't earn him money.
Which is something that put him in the blog business, anyway. He couldn't make it as a journalist, who'd get paychecks, let's say, from the LA Times.
Up ahead, people are going to want to know lots more details about how the Hezbollah snookered so many in Lebanon, that they disgraced themselves by throwing real democracy out the window.
The Lebanese ran beause they have no police. No real army. Just these buzzards. Which came to them from the bottom of the barrel.
Ya know, germany never really recovered her reputation since hitler. However, Japan did. So to get there you have to cooperate with America. And, then it's a different story.
