Let them gather together in the largest church in Saudi Arabia and issue their apologies together.

Yes, they do.
Of course, Spain is occupying sovereign Muslim/Arab land in Morocco.
By Spanish logic and their policy regarding Israel, that means the Madrid bombings were perfectly justified as legitimate resistance.
