You've done got me on a roll here:
What about "Monster Droid Garage" or
"Who's your Daddy" (Search your feelings Luke, you know it to be true!) or
"The Apprentice General" (instead of The Donald firing people, we see the contestants gasp for breath and turn neat shades of purple while Lord Vader gestures at them and tells them that they have failed him for the last time...) or
"Extreme Makeover: Sith edition" (after falling into molten lava, participants are bionically rebuilt on the air) or
"The Hutts" about an organized crime family of giant talking slugs. or
"This Old Death Star" (the empire tries to rebuild the death star from spare parts)
